What do you build?

We have the capacity to make anything you need in your home. You can also provide a picture of the desired custom piece and if it is under our possibility We will work together to bring your vision to life.

What type of woods do you use to build your Tables?

We typically use 2” thick knotty Alder as our standard wood specie, but we are always open to listen if you have a preference to any other wood types. Maple, Cherry, Oak or Walnut (they come in 1.75” thick) are our recommendations as these are the most accessible wood species in Las Vegas. Be advised that price will vary depending on the wood specie.

Do you require a deposit?

We typically require a 50% deposit for placing your order and the remaining balance is paid in full when your order is delivered. We will take cash, card, check or Venmo transfer. There is a $125 fee for delivering in Las Vegas area.

Do you warranty your work?

We stand by the quality of our work and Rojo Rustics warranties to the original purchaser that for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase will, at its discretion, repair or replace any piece of furniture that is found to be defective in material or workmanship. Wear and tear is not covered so be sure to take special care or your furniture.

What size dining table I need?

Figuring out what is the right size of table for your space can be confusing and frustrating. fortunately , with a few simple tips, it doesn’t have to be.

- You want at least 3 feet of clearance around all four sides your table. This is the minimum that will allow for a chair to be pushed back when someone stands up and extra room to be able to walk behind.

-If you really need to maximize seating, a matching bench is way to go.

How long does an order take once it is placed?

Please note: Our furniture is custom hand made to the order from solid wood, one piece at a time. Delivery times are approximately 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed. We will work hard to get your furniture sent to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes the order may be shorter than 4-6 weeks and occasionally may be longer than our guidelines, this usually happens in holidays season as this is the bussiest time of the year.

Do you deliver outside of las vegas?

Rojo Rustics offers delivery services in Las Vegas area and surroundings typically starting at $125-$250 depending on circumstances and difficulty on getting to your place. Rojo Rustics will contact you as soon as the order is ready to schedule delivery day. All furniture will be brought into the spot you request. We're happy to announce that we're now offering domestic shipping to the lower 48 states, so please don't hesitate to contact us for a shipping quote.

Wear and tear is not covered so you must take proper care to ensure your furniture stays in good shape for years.

Wood movements and changes

Most of our pieces are made from solid wood, a natural living and breathing product. Due to the nature of the wood not two pieces are exaclty alike, even from exactly the same tree. There are different types of wood that will have more visible knots and grain. Knots and grain may bleed through and slightly discolor the finish (this may be more apparent on light color finishes). This discoloration is not to be considered as a defect in craftsmanship. Irregularities in the finishes are not considered as defects. While finishes are durable, they won't be indestructible. Please contact us for care and maintenance of your wood furniture. Since wood responds to fluctuations in humidity levels (just like hardwood flooring), wood furniture can expand and contract over time depending on the climate. Keep in mind that the humidity or dryness in your home may cause splitting which will not affect the structural integrity of the piece. This is not considered to be defective. Computer monitors show different colors and every computer monitor will show slightly variations. Rojo Rustics will not be responsible for variations between the actual product color how it is visible on your screen.

Custom orders

Orders may be placed via email, phone, or in person at our work shop location.

Custom orders will require a 30%-50% deposit to start making your piece(s). Balance will be paid in full after a thorough quality control inspection when delivered.

Each piece of furniture at Rojo Rustics is individually constructed by hand by our team of skilled woodworkers and craftsmen. As a result, please allow about 4-6 weeks from the order date we receive signed approval of your design for the completion of your order. Time frame may vary or delay due to some factors such as the number of pieces ordered, holidays, production delays, etc. Your purchase order will indicate an estimated lead time for your particular order.

Rush Order

While we try to maintain short lead times, sometimes expedited service is necessary. A rush order fee of 20% will apply to all orders that are eligible.

Tax

An 8.375 % Nevada tax is applied to every purchase.

Delivery.

When your piece(s) are being delivered please take time to inspect every piece of furniture carefully for any damage that may have happened in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damages must be made within 3 business days. Unfortunately, claims made after the 3 business days will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.

We would suggest not to arrange for your items to be delivered when nobody is home to receive them. If your delivery time appointment is missed, you will be charged a delivery trip fee. Although We take great care in packaging your goods for delivering, damages may happen in transit. Furniture pieces must be carefully inspected before you sign for the delivery. If your furniture pieces happens to arrive with any defects DO NOT sign for the items. Contact us immediately while delivery guys are there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation. Rojo Rustics will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.
